this 32 cavities spoon mould made for bangladesh customer, this spoon only have 0.95 g, size have 124mm length.

this is very thin cutlery mould. customer use high speed 320 ton machine product it, so every time we test mould on 300 T haispeed injection machine.

customer have very high request. need us make it very good, also we like have this request by ourself.

for example, H13 steel, have many different level, some price is 15 RMB/kgs, some price is 17 RMB /kgs, some is 26-28 RMB/kg. we always choose good good, because good steel can insure mould quality, insure mould life, can have good polosh etc. good steel have good quality, the corrosion of steel very high, no much impurity.

also we do vacuum hardening fot steel, this can makes steel more hardness, then insure mould long life.
